Job Summary

As the Administrative Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our office's smooth and efficient operation. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including office management, financial administration, and human resources support.

Your Responsibilties

  • Office Management

    Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.

  • Administrative Tasks

    Coordinate administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

  • Financial Administration

    Assist with financial tasks, such as preparing invoices, processing payments, and tracking expenses.

  • Human Resources Support

    Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, training, and payroll processes.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Experience in the aviation or technology industry
