Baggage is important, and the journey a bag takes when we travel is as important as the journey the passenger takes. Nobody likes to arrive at their destination without baggage. We aim to make that a thing of the past.
Our journey starts from Home when Passenger starts the online check-in at home or hotel. Passengers and Airlines will have the ability to track their bags on each touchpoint.
Step One
When a passenger starts remote check-in, he takes a photo of his bag and uploads it into the airport app.
Step Two
Bags arrive at the airport for self-check in, by sending BSM messages confirming successful check-in and send a message to the passenger with the bag details.
Step Three
The bag is placed onto a check-in conveyor. BHS system will monitor and move the bag to the correct lateral related to its flight.
Step Four
The bags go through the security X-ray for verifying before loading to Aircraft.
Step Five
The bags are sorted to their lateral, to be processed by the BRS system before movement. Then a message is sent to the passenger.
Step Six
Baggage handlers start to put the bags into carts or ULDs for loading to the aircraft.
Step Seven
The baggage travels up to the belt loader into the aircraft, starting the flight journey.
Step Eight
The aircraft takes off and arrives at its destination.
Step Nine
The bag arrives to the belt after moving from Aircraft and then loaded into carousels for the passenger to collect. A message will be sent to the passenger that the bag is arrived.
