HR Manager

Job Summary

As an HR Manager, you will strategically drive human resources initiatives and ensure the organization's success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives, attracting and retaining top talent, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Your Responsibilties

  • Talent Acquisition

    Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent in the aviation and technology industry.

  • Employee Relations

    Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and promoting a fair and equitable workplace.

  • Performance Management

    Establish and oversee performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities.

  • Training and Development

    Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to meet the evolving needs of the aviation industry.

  • Compensation and Benefits

    Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

  • Employee Engagement

    Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.

  • HR Policy Development

    Create and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and legal requirements.

  • Compliance

    Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.

  • Analytics and Reporting

    Track HR metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

  • Operational Excellence

    Collaborate with operational teams to ensure HR practices align with business objectives and support operational efficiency.

  • Change Management

    Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption

  • Payroll Management

    Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations

  • Employee Benefits Administration

    Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits

  • HR Document Management

    Create, manage, and maintain all necessary HR documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, performance reviews, disciplinary records, payslips & salary certificates

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the aviation or technology industry.  
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations in Egypt
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience not less than 10 years in technological industry.
  • PHR or SPHR certification
  • Experience in a multinational or global organization
  • Knowledge of aviation industry best practices
