Job Summary

As a Program Manager at UTW, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation of innovative technology solutions for airports. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects, ensuring they meet project objectives, timelines, and budgets while aligning with the latest industry trends and best practices

Your Responsibilties

  • Strategic Planning

    Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.

  • Team Leadership

    Lead cross-functional teams effectively, fostering collaboration and driving project success.

  • Stakeholder Management

    Build and maintain strong relationships with airport stakeholders, including airlines, government agencies, and technology vendors.

    Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project outcomes.

  • Budget Management

    Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring they are aligned with organizational objectives and financial constraints.

  • Technical Expertise

    Demonstrate a deep understanding of airport technology solutions and their applications.

    Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

  • Quality Assurance

    Ensure that projects meet the highest quality standards and adhere to industry regulations.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the transportation or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of airport operations and technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with airport management systems and technologies (e.g., passenger processing systems, security systems, baggage handling systems).
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry standards.
